Ian's 2nd Birthday!!!

I can not believe that my little boy is 2!  He has grown up so fast.  He is quite the talker.  He talks all the time in mostly complete sentences.  He loves to sing and dance and play Barbies with Sadie.  He is all boy though.  He loves to play outside and play with trucks but he doesn't really like to get dirty.  He can count to 10 and sometimes 20 and he knows most of the ABC song.  He is a smart little boy.  He is the complete opposite of Sadie when it comes to being social.  He is very outgoing and will go up to any kid at the park and say hi to them and start playing with them.  He loves being in nursery and knows all of his friends by name.  He even sometimes shouts their names across the chapel during church.  I just love him to death.  He is just so adorable.  They don't get much cuter than this.

For their birthdays they get to pick a date to go on with Dad.  Noah decided to take Ian to Chuck E Cheese.  Noah said he loved it.  He loved all the lights and sounds and riding in the little cars.  With all of his tickets he picked out a little whistle.

I got him to smile by telling him to smile like Chuck E Cheese.  As you can see it worked.  Of course the whistle had to be in the picture too but at least he held still and smiled for once.

For dinner he wanted chicken nuggets and peaches and carrots.  Oh and chocolate milk of course.  He sure loves chocolate milk.

Since I was making him a cake for his party a few days later, we decided to just have chocolate pudding after dinner.  He really loves chocolate pudding.  He couldn't quite blow out the candles though.

Yum! Pudding!

After dinner he got to open presents from us.  He had finally caught on to the whole present opening thing.  He really enjoyed it.

New pajamas from Mom and Dad.

A new truck book that he loves.

And Sadie picked out this Rescue truck for him.  He loves to put his GI Joes in it and drive them around.

My birthday boy all ready for bed.
