Noah's Birthday

On January 26th we celebrated Noah's 37th birthday.  Wow he is getting old.  During the day Noah was at work and Sadie was at school, so Ian and I made the birthday cake.  Noah wanted the Better-than-anything cake.  That is one of my favorite cakes too.  Ian always loves to help bake anything, and then lick the beater of course.  Ian is always sticking his finger in flour, salt, or batter of any type to just "have a little taste test."  He usually says "yum, that is good!" Since this was a chocolate cake he definitely wanted a lick.  For dinner Noah wanted Chinese food, so we got some Orange chicken from Costco and had rice and egg rolls with it.  It was yummy.  After dinner we blew out candles, had cake and then opened presents.  The kids were very excited about the presents.  They couldn't wait for him to open them.  Overall it was a great day.
