They are little witch's feet. I found the idea on Pinterest of course. For some reason I can't find the link though.
On Halloween at school they had their Reading Palooza for all of the kids that met their reading goals. This one was a Character ball. They got to dress up like a character in their favorite book. Sadie chose Fancy Nancy. I was very happy with that choice because we had all the stuff we needed to make that costume. She sure looks fancy!
