We got up early one morning and went to the local strawberry patch to pick strawberries. They kids loved it and they were really good helpers. We picked a bunch a berries really quickly. Now to make homemade jam with them. Yum! Later that day the kids had a picnic lunch in the backyard. Ian and Carter also played in the sprinkler for a little bit until they got too cold. And what do you do when you are wet and cold? You eat ice cream of course! Silly kids. Aunt Whitney also helped the kids build a little tent in between the trees. It was a fun day.
