Gingerbread Houses

Making Gingerbread houses is another one of my favorite traditions.  It is even more fun now that the kids can decorate their own.  I just build their house, give them frosting and they are off!  They have a lot of fun making them too.  They also like eating the candy as they make them too.  I think they turned out pretty cute!

This is Sadie's house

It has a swing on the side and a pool in the back yard with the floaties in the water.

And she has a snowman in the front yard

This one is my house.  Nothing too exciting.

This is Ian's house.  It is Rudolph the Red Nosed reindeer.  See the red nose?

On the back, he did his best to spell Rudolph.  Also the red rope on top with the white dots is the sleigh bells.

He even tied that bow all by himself.  He was very proud of that.

And then there is Noah's house.  Very creative as usual.
