In August Ian and I had the opportunity to take a short trip to Washington for my sister Whitney's wedding. It was so much fun. It was the first time most of my family members had seen Ian. I think he stole a little of Whitney's thunder for her wedding. He is just too cute! He did really good on the airplane on the way there. He was a little wiggly at first but since it was bedtime he soon fell asleep and slept for most of the flight which was nice. He LOVED getting to play with his Aunts and Uncles. He also loved being able to go outside and walk around the deck. He just wanted to play and play and play. He also learned how to climb stairs while we were there. Now whenever he sees stairs he wants to climb them. He did good on the flight home too up until about the last half hour. He was ready to get down and play. He just wanted out. He was super excited to see Noah and Sadie when we got home. I think Sadie was just as excited to see him.
Ian eating his typical lunch of macaroni and cheese and peas.
He discovered blocks and legos at my Mom's house. He liked stacking them up.
As you can see by the sweatshirt, it was a little cooler in Washington in August than it is in Texas but the weather couldn't have been more perfect.
This is Uncle Jason changing his first diaper ever! It was pretty funny to watch.
Just sitting in the backyard.
Ian and Aunt Missy.
Ian got to eat his first Oreo at Grandma's. I think he liked it.
Just walking around the deck.
