On Easter morning of course the "Easter Bunny" came. We had a wonderful morning. We were able to spend time together as a family. We had a nice breakfast with cinnamon rolls, eggs and bacon. Sadie then went on her own little egg hunt. It was also very nice to sit and watch General Conference. We had our own little special Family Home Evening on the real meaning of Easter and why we really celebrate it. I hope that Sadie took something away from the lesson. Later that afternoon we went over to Wendi and Jeff's house and had dinner. It was really nice to be with more family and the food was excellent. Here are some photos from the day.

It sounds like you had a similar day to ours! We too enjoyed a breakfast of eggs, bacon, and cinnamon rolls. We did our Easter egg hunt, watched conference, tried to remind the kids that Easter isn't really about the bunny, and had dinner with family. It was kind of relaxing and nice for Conference to fall on Easter this year. Glad you had a good weekend. Sadie looked adorable searching for her eggs :)
