I just love Girl's trips. They are so much fun! This time we just went to Downtown Dallas and stayed in the Omni Hotel. We had a room on the top floor with an amazing view of downtown. After we safely made it to the hotel, Jessica was driving so that is always a risk, we settled in and walked over to Subway to grab some dinner. After that we just hung out and talked. That is always so nice. Later that evening we went down to check out the pool and hung out for awhile. There was a gorgeous sunset. The pictures don't do it justice. Sitting by the pool made us hungry for a treat so we called down to the hotel restaurant and ordered some chocolate cake and carrot cake under the name of Wonder Woman of course. Then we stayed up and talked for hours. In the morning I had brought muffins and fruit for breakfast. After that we headed over to the Dallas Farmer's Market. It was so busy! We gave up looking for parking and headed over to Klyde Warren Park for lunch and ate at the food trucks. With full bellies, we went to a new mercantile in Allen. It was a wonderful day! Can't wait for the next one!
