This Christmas Eve was one of my favorite. Since it fell on a Sunday all of my baking, errands, and cleaning was already done. I actually got to relax and enjoy the day. We went to church after lunch where we just had sacrament meeting. We were able to just sing Christmas songs. It was beautiful. After church we got our cookie baskets together and delivered them to our friends. We had our traditional sandwiches, cherry salad, and chips and dip for dinner. We put my parents gifts under the tree and opened gifts with new pajamas in them. We then had our cookie party with hot cocoa. Yum! After that the kids got ready for bed and we read our Christmas stories. Ian seemed to be not feeling to great that night. He had a slight fever but he seemed to still be in good spirits. Noah's parents and Mema ended up stopping by after the kids were in bed. It was nice to hang out with them for a little bit. It did push back our last minute wrapping but that was ok. After they left we watched "White Christmas" and wrapped presents. I can't wait until the morning!
